Book with one link: meet Tabple Meet

Send a booking link and the other person picks from the open times. Time zones, holidays and follow-up messages are handled for you.

Book a meeting with one link

Ever traded “When works for you?” back and forth just to settle on a time? Tabple Meet is made to end that. Set the times you’re free and send a booking link, and the other person picks from the open slots themselves. It works the same way for meetings, interviews and consultations.

People who book don’t need an account

Whoever opens the link picks a time and leaves a name and email, and that’s it. Two steps. No account to create and no app to install. The link goes to customers and candidates, so this is the part I cared about most.

This is what the other person sees. They only pick a time (sample screen).

How it works

  1. Set your available times. Choose the meeting length, which hours you’re free on each weekday, and how much time to keep clear between bookings.

  2. Send the booking link. Make a link for each kind of meeting, interview or consultation and send it. You can keep sending one link to many people.

  3. Check incoming bookings. When someone picks a time, a booking arrives. Change the time or cancel it if you need to.

No double bookings

Even if two people tap the same time almost together, only one booking goes through. The one who was a moment late goes back to the list of open times.

Time zones and holidays too

The other person sees times for where they are, so living in a different place never causes confusion. Korean public holidays are blocked without any setup, and if you work that day, you just reopen it.

Follow-up messages go out by themselves

When a booking is confirmed, changed or canceled, an email goes out, and one more reminder goes out before the meeting. Someone who needs to change the time or cancel does it from the link in the email. If you connect Google Calendar, the event is added to your calendar, and bookings set to meet on Google Meet also get a meeting link.

Fit it to the kind of meeting

  • Team meetings: leave the time-matching to the link and focus on preparing.

  • Interviews: candidates pick from the open times themselves. You can note the interview flow and how to join in advance.

  • Consultations and client meetings: show the times you can take and let clients choose. You can ask them to sort out their topic beforehand.

Put it on your own site too

You can also put the booking screen on your own website. Place it right on the page, or open it from a floating button or a button in your text. It works on every plan.

Pricing

You log in with your Tabple account. How many kinds of booking links you can make depends on your plan.

  • Free: make 1 kind of booking link and manage the bookings that come in.

  • Tabple Starter: up to 3 kinds of booking links.

  • Tabple Pro: as many kinds of booking links as you like. You can also connect other services, and every Meet feature is included at no extra charge.

What doesn’t work yet

I’ll say it plainly. The calendars you can connect right now are Google Calendar and Tabple Calendar. Outlook and Naver Calendar aren’t connected yet. If something gets in your way, tell me through the contact form.

Try it first

On the Tabple Meet page, you can click through the booking screen the other person sees, as an example. Nothing is actually booked and no email goes out. To start right away, log in to Tabple Meet with your Tabple account. How to use it is in the user guide.
